Unit will be dropped off in the morning and picked up in the evening.

Important Notes
- 24 HOUR notice required, NO BOOKINGS on Mondays and Wednesdays.
- Booking is NOT confirmed until contract is signed and deposit is paid.
- Include your event time and we will drop off anytime before then, we begin drop offs early so we may be at your location before the requested time.
- LATEST PICKUP at 7pm.
- RAIN POLICY: You may reschedule due to rain for no extra cost, but you must notify us before 8am the day of the event.
- OCCUPANCY: Please no more than 5-6 kids of similar size at a time for bounce houses and 1 person at a time on slides.
- WE NEED: Enough space for setup, 1 dedicated outlet, clear & level path to location, NO stairs, wide doors (3') for indoor.
- STAKES/SANDBAGS: If you have a SPRINKLER SYSTEM, please select "No Stakes" at checkout.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Must cancel before 5 days prior to event for full refund. Within 5 days of event the $50 deposit is not refundable but can be used as a credit towards rescheduling. ANYTIME after 8am the day before the event the full balance is due and payments are nonrefundable.

Electrical/Water Needed
Please ensure you have an electrical outlet and water hook up, both within 50 feet of the inflatable slide. Extension cord and hose will be provided.
Safety
We provide stakes/sandbags for anchoring any inflatable to the ground. It is also important to stop use in high winds and respect the maximum rider capacity.
We also provide tarps underneath all inflatables to limit dirt and give a clean surface outside for users.
